Quiet Space:
Feeling a bit overwhelmed? We have a quiet space if you need a minute to reset. Ask your Unit Leader to point it out to you.
Lost or Need Help?
Find an Adventure Guide in a high-vis vest or ask your Unit Leader for help.
For urgent support, call 0800 SCOUTS (0800 726 887).
Safety:
Keep your Lanyard with ID card on at all times.
Stay with your Unit unless you’ve arranged otherwise with your Unit Leader.
Lost Property:
Have you lost some gear? Lodge it here with our Lost Property Form and if we find it we will try our best to reunite you with it before you depart.
Please don’t plug your phone in just anywhere — for your convenience and safety, we’ve set up two dedicated charging stations on Level 2.
One is located in the main foyer near our Quiet Space, and the other is at the front of the main Unit Meet-Up Space. With plenty of outlets available, you can power up your device quickly and get back to what matters most.
We’ll have you powered up and ready to go in no time!
