Want to work directly with the young people and support a team of them through the event? Each ‘unit’ of 7 – 10 Venturers will have a leader supporting them through the expedition and during Phase 2. The very cool thing about this role is that you get to do an expedition as well.

By joining our staff team, not only are you providing valuable service to help us deliver the event, but you’ll gain a fun and satisfying experience with a committed team of scouting friends.
We have staff positions available across the whole event. No matter what your skills or experience, there is something that will be right up your alley. Anything from office work, through to programme activities, security, health and welfare, driving, media team or keeping our site functional – take your pick.

The Vision for the 16th New Zealand Venture is to make the event as accessible as possible to as many as possible. We want every Venturer to have the chance to attend Venture, no matter what their circumstance. The last couple of years and the impact of covid has hit many families in the pocket.
Our goal is to financially support over 100 Venturers to experience the many unique opportunities that Venture offers – that’s over 10% of the section.
We’re appealing to businesses, service groups and individuals to consider supporting one young person to get to AdVenture’26 by contributing just $400.
Many of you reading this know either from your own experience, or that of those you have led, how valuable the opportunities offered at Venture can be, and how those memories, friends and networks built at Venture are with you for life.
