Parents and caregivers who are collecting youth in person:
All youth being picked up by a parent or caregiver will be shuttled down to Wainuiomata Primary School, for collection. No exceptions.
PLEASE BOOK YOUR SHUTTLE TIME HERE
⚠️ Parents are not to drive up to Brookfield. You will not be allowed on site.
We do not have any parking available at Brookfield, and for safety and traffic management reasons, all collections must take place at the school. Please plan accordingly.
Pick-up time: Please come to pick up your Venturer between 10 am and 12pm. Lunch will not be provided on the 9 January.

Once you’re on Main Road in Wainuiomata:
Continue along Main Road until you reach the roundabout near the Wainuiomata Shopping Centre (you’ll see the shops).
At the roundabout, Take a slight right to stay on Main Road.
As you drive down Main Road, you’ll pass more local shops.
Wainuiomata Primary School is located just a short distance from the roundabout on the left-hand side on the corner of Main Road and Homedale Road, just after the bridge. Look for event signage and staff guiding vehicles into the school grounds.

The 160 bus route can be located 75 metres left from the school near 162 Main Road, Wainuiomata.
This route will take you to the Waterloo Train Station located in Lower Hutt.

After you catch a shuttle from Brookfield to the school with your gear, you can scan out for your final time and then walk to the bus stop.
Your departure details will be provided by your Contingent Team
Your coaches will be departing from Brookfield Outdoor Education Centre from the field behind the main stage area.
You will have your final scan for AdVenture’26 as you board the bus.
Please ensure you are packed, ready, and at the departure point in time to help us ensure a smooth farewell.
